I am sharing my insights through both spoken guidance and the written word. I have authored six spiritual books, each offering a clear and heartfelt invitation to return to the wisdom of the heart. Two of these works have been translated into English for an international audience. These books are available as EPUB e-books for e-readers and as PDF editions for reading on a computer.
About David Goedhart

Dear reader, I am a guide on the path of the heart — a path that leads inward, toward living in deep, loving connection with oneself, others, and the greater wholeness of life. My work is devoted to awakening awareness, supporting mental, emotional, sexual and spiritual healing, and opening the doorway to unity consciousness.
Through many years of inner exploration and dedicated service, I have developed a way of teaching that is gentle, compassionate, and direct. I speak to the quiet truth within each person: the longing to remember who we really are, and to live from that place of authenticity and love.
Whether writing, teaching, or speaking, my intention is always the same: to help others reconnect with their deepest essence, release what no longer serves them, and rediscover the natural joy and unity that live beneath all experience.

Chapter 1 Love is All
Let me get straight to the point: love is everything, and everything is love. Love is always and everywhere. You don't have to do anything for it. You don't have to summon it or demand it. It simply is — for you, for me, for everyone.
But there is one absolute requirement to truly feel love: your heart must be open. And for many, that's not the case. After painful experiences in our lives, we often close the gate of love — partially or completely. As a result, we can no longer feel that love is always and everywhere. What a pity!
Love makes life more than worth living. It is wonderful, fulfilling, inspiring, and life-giving. It makes us lighter, greater, stronger, more beautiful, more open, more honest, healthier, kinder, and more radiant. In short: love brings out the best in us.
Yet for so many, the heart remains (partly) closed. But that can change. At any moment in life, you can decide to open the gate again. It's never too late. Sometimes it opens spontaneously; other times, it needs a little work. This can happen through contact with others. During a pleasant encounter, someone might knock on your gate of love, awakening the memory of warm passion.
Over time, though, that blissful feeling often fades. The butterflies in your belly seek a safer haven. Painful incidents start to damage the relationship, stirring up memories of old, unhealed wounds. Boom! Ouch! Gate closed...
If you want to bathe in the warm waters of love — to turn your life into an exciting dance of love — then you must throw your old baggage overboard. Old wounds must be healed, so that new painful situations no longer have such heavy or destructive consequences. How does this work?
Life is a challenging journey, full of both joyful and painful experiences. Painful moments are unavoidable — you'll meet them along the way. Running from them is useless; accepting and processing them is the only true solution. If you don't, you'll carry that pain with you everywhere. Life becomes heavy — until, eventually, you collapse: weakened and disillusioned.
But if you do process the pain of life's difficult events — for example, the loss of loved ones — you'll continue along your path with more lightness and joy. You'll also be a more pleasant companion for others. This is the process of enlightenment: emptying the backpack you carry through life.
The art of loving shows that this cleansing process can be both enjoyable and exciting. Those who master this true art move through life with ease: open and honest, good-natured and enthusiastic, loving and content.
The art of loving is the art of passionate lovemaking — an experience that brings pure joy and deep satisfaction to both partners. It is an all-encompassing art that must be learned and practiced, not briefly but deeply; not with external aids, but through one's own effort. It doesn't come easily, nor can it be forced by a muscular body or a handful of Viagra pills.
So let's get to work — and start emptying that sour backpack full of bitter baggage.
The art of loving is not a piece of cake, but it is a warm attitude and a genuine skill. If you're willing to grow and develop in every way, it will become yours. With your sympathetic and confident nature, you'll open every door to love — a little, or completely.
Contact with a true lover is always pleasant and fulfilling, whether in friendship or in romance. It always has value, no matter how brief or simple it may be.
The tantric lover is like Eros, the Greek god of love and desire. He fires his arrows of love at those around him, giving them a sense of pleasure and satisfaction — a feeling of genuine admiration and appreciation. Why? It's in his nature; he can't help it. That's simply who he is. But only those who have opened their hearts can feel the sting of his well-aimed arrows.
If you're missing love in your life, don't look around or point fingers at others — especially not accusing ones. Instead, look into your own heart. Can you still be touched? Can you feel the love that is always and everywhere present, in whatever form it takes? Be honest.
Dear reader, I hope your curiosity has been awakened — that you are willing to explore a new and exciting path in your life. Begin by removing everything that stands in your way, everything that blocks Eros's loving arrows: discontent and doubt, fear and shame, guilt and regret, distortion and nonsense.
Your life can be far more joyful and fulfilling than it is now. But you must work for it.
Come on — let's begin!
Chapter 2 Eros Today
Who is this modern-day angel shooting his arrows of love? My name is David Goedhart. Over the past ten years, I've built a successful tantra practice offering coaching and massage. The loving massages are given primarily to women — and sometimes to couples — to teach men how to truly please a woman.
This is what I love to do. This is what I'm good at! Many of you, dear readers, may already be raising an eyebrow. Massaging women to please them? What? How? Let me first answer the obvious question: what is a tantric massage?
During this soft and loving treatment, the intimate areas of the body — including the buttocks, breasts, and vagina — may also be touched, if desired. The purpose of this unique experience is to awaken sexual energy and allow it to merge with the energy of love — not to satisfy lust, but to spread this awakened life force throughout the entire body. The result is not only deep relaxation and ecstatic sensations, but also renewed vitality and inspiration.
This may sound simple, but it isn't. For the full effect — true joy and deep satisfaction — the receiver must be in the right state of being. In simple terms: you must be able to receive fully. You must feel absolutely safe and completely relaxed, trusting the giver's loving intentions and refined skill, so that you can surrender entirely to the touch.
When you can't let go, when you're unable to surrender, you will never reach seventh heaven.
It should be clear that the giver faces a tremendous challenge: he must be love — one hundred percent. These massages are offered from the heart, not from the thinking mind, and certainly not from the lustful lower body. Everything that blocks the natural flow of love — rigid beliefs, unresolved pain, or sexual desire — must be cleared away.
For the giver, this means walking the path of awareness and healing: becoming conscious of who you truly are, healing everything that stands in the way of love, and above all, learning to love yourself completely.
Only
the one who knows and loves himself fully can love another
unconditionally. The receiver feels this truth during the session —
and that feeling of safety allows her to surrender completely.
Offering a heartfelt tantric massage is not something you do casually. It's not business as usual — it's a genuine art of service. All aspects of the art of loving come together in this sacred encounter.
If
you wish to gain a woman's trust, everything must be perfect. The
website presentation must be honest and meaningful; the email
communication clear and informative; the welcome at the door
respectful and punctual; the initial conversation warm and
reassuring.
All
of this contributes to a heartfelt connection. Only then will she
allow herself to open — her body and soul — only then will she
open herself to this exceptional experience.
Over the years, I have gathered many insights about women. I love to share this treasure with men (and women) who wish to grow in love — to deepen their awareness, their sensitivity, and their skills.
I share this wealth of experience especially with men who want to become true lovers — not to boost their egos or satisfy their lust, but to give women the deep recognition they so fully deserve, in all their (im)perfection.
When describing my experienced view on lovemaking, I use a sharp pen. My black-and-white approach — with a few shades of grey — provides the clarity and understanding I aim for.
But it can also be confronting. And that is exactly the point of this book: to open your eyes by calling things as they are. Not with fluffy phrases or sugar-coated words, but straight from my heart to yours. So don't say I didn't warn you — if your ego is sensitive to criticism.
Why open ourselves to this fascinating subject? Not only to foster peace between women and men, but also to make our lives more joyful. That, dear reader, is the ultimate goal of every student of love: to bring fulfillment to yourself and to others in every aspect of your existence— mentally, emotionally, physically, spiritually, and sexually. Nothing more and nothing less than that.
Our ultimate goal? To experience deep satisfaction on every level — to become joyful human beings capable of building balanced relationships, where love and trust overcome fear and doubt, and where harmony and mature communication replace conflict and accusation.
But don't be afraid: my writing is also lighthearted. I've added a healthy dose of humor — and it's much needed. Let's face it: the dance between the sexes can be intense. We are all experts by experience. Being too serious, trying too hard — whether in relationship or in friendship — can put too much pressure on the connection. Seeing things in perspective can be a true liberation. We encourage this profound process by opening our hearts!
So lighten up — that, too, is a life skill. Give each other room to breathe. We're all human, finding our way through a complex world full of challenges. And let's be honest: we learn best through trial and error.
Regret can be a powerful guidepost in our lives. As Jesus taught us two thousand years ago: let the one who is without sin cast the first stone.
Don't be too hard on yourself or on others. Don't set the bar impossibly high in your pursuit of a perfect life — not for yourself, not for anyone else. Be a little more you.
Relax, have faith, and don't forget to enjoy the ride. Count your blessings and accept losses. Cry and laugh — both are part of the same journey. But above all: be kind to yourself!

Chapter 1 The Path of the Heart
An Invitation to Live in Love
The path of the heart is the path of love. The path of love is the path to God — the creator of all life. Whoever walks this path becomes a co-creator of a new life: one of unity and harmony. Those who do not, remain bound to a painful life of conflict and opposition.
For a long time, the path of the heart was closed to humanity. Because of this, we could no longer feel the love of God. We became separated from both the Creator and creation itself. We stood apart from life — isolated, disconnected, left to our own devices. Lost in the cold of loneliness and dissatisfaction. We lived in fear, not love; in anger, not compassion; in sorrow, not understanding.
Why were we not connected to divine life? Because our hearts were closed — often tightly sealed. And from that place of fear, we turned against one another. A long and bloody struggle ensued — a history written in pain and conflict. Why were we cut off from God for so long? And why is the heart now ready to open again? This book offers clear answers to these questions.
The
time has come — humanity is ready. The old way of living no longer
fulfills us.
It grows stranger, faster, and more complicated by
the day. Who can still keep up? Who even wants to? We are driven by
everything and everyone — not least by ourselves. Life moves so
quickly now that we have no time left to feel connection. Connection
with ourselves, with others, with life itself.
We feel lonelier than ever, despite all our means of communication. We have never been so restless, despite all our activity. Something vital is missing. What is it?
Love.
Love for ourselves, for others, for life itself. The source of that love cannot be found in the outer world. It cannot be bought, demanded, or achieved through effort. It resides quietly within us — in the sacred space of the heart, the divine center that links us to God and to the pulse of the universe.
Our heart holds the answer to all our problems. Whoever truly wishes to transform their life must open the heart and allow love to move freely through it — for everything life offers, without exception. First and foremost, for ourselves. For our own worthiness.
We must be willing to hold a mirror to our lives — one that reveals all our secrets and shines light even on our darkest places. This is the process of awakening, of healing, of growth and fulfillment. Those who live with joy and inner peace bring warmth to the world; they become the creators of a new life — a life born in God's love and light.
Reconnecting with all of life is not optional. The clock of the universe is striking the hour of change. It tells us the time has come for a new beginning — for the path of fear and pain to give way to the path of love and light. It is a path of discovery, revealing all that lies hidden within. So take your unrest seriously. Turn inward and begin your inner work. Ignite your light and bring your attention home. There, within you, lies true happiness — not in the outer world.
Embrace everything you encounter within yourself with love. Say goodbye, in love, to the heavy burdens you have carried — old beliefs, intense emotions, lingering pain, unfulfilled desires, unstoppable lust. Let the path of the heart become the lightness of your being, the gateway to the Christ within, to God.
The first step? Speak your intention to live in love — and your heart will begin to open. The journey can begin. Will you join us?
Chapter 2 The
Great Transition
Awakening to a New Era
We are living in a time of great transition — a passage from the old world into the new.
Everything is changing; nothing remains as it was. Look around you. Look at your own life. Everything trembles, shakes, breaks apart, or simply stops working. Who can still sit back and calmly look to the future with trust? No one. We are being challenged to the core — called to rise, to participate, to transform.
But what exactly are we being asked to do? And how? Those who study the path of the heart will understand the challenge of this time. They will see it not as a punishment, but as an invitation — an opportunity to expand our understanding of life. To move from a limited human perception to a vast divine awareness. From finite consciousness to infinite consciousness. The old ways of thinking cannot explain the chaos of our world today.
To find meaning, we must seek new insights into life. We must lift our gaze — not downward into the darkness of confusion, but upward, toward the light that waits to illuminate us. It is time to spread our wings and rediscover the spiritual dimension of existence — the side of life that has been buried under centuries of dust.
Two thousand years ago, Jesus expressed this truth beautifully. He did not speak of sin, guilt, or shame — as religion so often does — but of the power of the heart as the gateway to the Kingdom of God. He reminded humanity of its responsibility: Enlighten yourself, and you shall enter the palace of heaven. His message was simple: begin with yourself. Read his Sermon on the Mount and see.
This spiritual dimension cannot be found in books alone, but in the living classroom of our daily experiences. Every situation mirrors the lessons our soul needs. Life itself is our teacher — an ever-unfolding curriculum guiding us toward wisdom, strength, and love.
The answers to what is happening now lie not in prediction, but in meaning. They emerge as we ask the great questions: Who am I? Why am I here? These essential questions are easily lost in the noise of modern life. We are too busy surviving, chasing success, searching for answers in systems and religions that often leave the thoughtful soul unsatisfied.
But as the winds of change grow stronger, we are being moved. Those who cling to the old will be swept away; those who move with the flow will witness the wonder of life revealing itself anew.
The essence of our message is this: Begin with yourself. Find the divine flame hidden in your chest. This is the challenge of our time — the time of transition. Where do we begin? With awareness.Become conscious of who you are, what you do, and how it affects the world around you.
Learn to see cause and effect. Through awareness, we begin to realize something extraordinary: we are not victims — we are creators. Through our choices, we shape the direction of our lives, both individually and collectively. This is the great turning point of our age: from unconscious creation to conscious creation.
When we choose from the heart, we become builders of a world rooted in love and harmony. Those who open their hearts are ready. Those who refuse will continue to live in ignorance and struggle. The events of our time urge us to evolve. The old ways no longer work; the new waits to be discovered.
In the past, we created life from a human consciousness — a place of fear, loneliness, and dissatisfaction. Now we are invited to create from a divine consciousness — one filled with trust, understanding, connection, fulfillment, and wonder. Consciousness lies at the center of it all. But what is consciousness, really? It is simply what we are aware of — what we know. Humans possess a small conscious mind and a vast subconscious.
We create most of our life in ignorance, reacting blindly to the events that shape us. We wonder why life happens "to" us, not realizing we are its source. As we awaken, we begin to bring light into the darkness of our unconscious. The unknown becomes known. Ignorance gives way to awareness.
This is the return of the light spoken of in the Book of Revelation — not as a heavenly escape, but as awakening on Earth. We are not waiting to be saved. We are called to save ourselves — by recognizing our own responsibility for the quality of our lives.
We can only transform the world by transforming ourselves. We do this by igniting the divine light within, and by clearing away all that blocks our spiritual awareness. This is how we become loving co-creators with God.
This awakening is one vast purification. Everything that no longer serves us — everything that obstructs the coming of divine light — must be released. This is the work of healing: awareness, healing, release — again and again, until we are emptied of what no longer belongs.
This emptiness is not loss, but sacred space — the open vessel through which divine light can flow freely. At this stage, the human self no longer leads. Our future lies in the hands of the soul — the bridge between humanity and God.
The soul, with its wisdom, strength, and love, guides us along the path of the heart — the path home. This sacred path is also known as the ascension process — the full embodiment of divine consciousness on Earth. It unfolds through seven steps:
Awakening
Creating Space
Cleansing
Building Trust
Surrendering
Embodying Neutrality
Becoming of Service
These steps do not always follow a straight line. They intertwine and repeat like the turns of a spiral. The journey can feel like a rollercoaster — sometimes you're upside down, sometimes pulled in unexpected directions. In confusion, we release control. In surrender, we rediscover trust. And that is the great challenge of our time.
By walking these steps, we leave behind the world of duality — the painful world of struggle and opposition. Here our vision differs from many popular ideas of the "new age." Healing alone is not the end; after healing, there are still deeper steps to take. These steps happen in the emptiness — the quiet space where we let go of all that is human and limited. This period often feels like dismantling. Nothing seems to move forward; everything falls apart.
It is the crucifixion before resurrection — the moment when human will gives way to divine will. Through stillness, acceptance, and simplicity, life begins anew — not through doing, but through being. And love becomes the great engine of this journey — the power that heals the old and births the new. Our hearts open through one simple intention: to live in love.
This deep inner longing, felt in every cell of our being, is the force behind the great cleansing. Everything that no longer serves us can now be released — layer by layer, like peeling an onion. To release in love means not to deny or destroy, but to accept. Everything that ever happened had its purpose. Nothing was ever in vain. The exodus from the old life is not rejection, but recognition — seeing its value and releasing it with love.
Ascension is not an escape from hardship or injustice. It is reconciliation — a deep peace with the richness and complexity of life. When we honor the value of duality, the gate to harmony opens naturally. True ascension is not transcendence, but integration — the merging of all opposites into unconditional love, the love that unites everything in freedom and equality.
We, as fellow travelers, have walked this path for many years. We can show you each step — not only the easy and joyful ones, but also the heavy, humbling stages of transformation. This is life — real, raw, sacred life. Life as a school of experience, a journey of discovery where every challenge is a teacher.
Do not stand still. Keep moving, growing, expanding. For in times of change, stillness is not peace — it is retreat. The path of the heart has no final destination. There is always more to discover, more to love, more to become. Even in the light, new challenges will arise — each one a doorway to deeper understanding and greater awareness.
Remove your blinders. Open your heart. And allow the great consciousness to flow through you.
Life — vast, beautiful, and divine — is waiting.
